Overview

This subject provides learners with a useful understanding of the functioning of the business world. It covers the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values which are considered critical in the business world, and it looks at factors which underpin prosperity.

Activities

Learners are afforded the opportunity of practical engagement in live case scenarios, during which they can implement what they have learned. Such projects include interacting with business owners, visiting businesses, and attending various presentations by business leaders.

FET Phase Notes

CORE SUBJECTS

These subjects are compulsory for all learners. They should choose one FAL (First Additional Language) and either Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, for a total of 4 core subjects.

ELECTIVE SUBJECTS

One subject should be chosen from each group, for a total of 3 elective subjects.
